RETURNS
At Sisuno we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best customer service possible. Our goal is your happiness, but when purchasing handmade jewelry, please remember that each piece is unique and will not look like mass-produced, factory products. Natural stones vary and in the event a piece is produced for your order, it may not look exactly like the pictured example. Still, all of our work passes rigorous quality control and inspection before being sent to clients. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please contact Support@sisuno.com within 15 days of receipt. All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned. We do not pay for return shipping.
Contact Support@Sisuno.com within 15 davs of receipt of reciept. Once your return is authorized, you can send your item back to our offices for a refund credit, less any applicable shipping charges. Please call to get a return authorization number BEFORE you send back the items. Mark the outside cartons with the (RMA) return authorization number. Authorized returns MUST be shipped within 10 days from return approval date to our shipping address. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
No returns or exchanges on sale items, discontinued items, or custom pieces.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item or another variation of the item, please also contact Support@sisuno.com and a representative will get back to you to get the details of your exchange.
It is also the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is correct at the time of payment. If we have to refund your payment due to incorrect shipping information, we will also have to charge you for the additional seller fees.
Sisuno cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package once it has been shipped. By purchasing from Sisuno, you are agreeing to the above policy.
